Kerrie’s Day

Kerrie is in our home back in Paradise, and she is lying in her bed on her back, looking at the ceiling. There are all sorts of patterns and colors moving around. She used LSD the night before and slept with a guy who left in the morning. She asks God, ‘What should I do today?’
‘Do you want me to take you?’ The Lord asks.
‘What sort of adventure will we do?’ Kerrie questions.
‘How about I take you, and you let me decide.’ The Lord responds.
‘Yes, Lord, I want that, please.’
The Lord comes to Kerrie, and she feels all black coming into her body, and then her soul is pulled from her resting machine. First, she is taken to horse races, where the Lord shows her a black horse, and she says, ‘We’ll bet on that horse.’ Her soul is taken to the bookie, and the bet is made. Back to the horses, where she hovers above the arena and watches as the race begins. The horses dash out of their booths and ride quickly down the circuit. The Black horse is dominant and wins the race, giving Kerrie money to use.
‘You will need that.’ The Lord says.
Kerrie is then taken to an Ocean. A giant whale jumps out of the sea, and Kerrie sees a ship watching the display. The Lord takes her closer, and she can see they are all taking photographs. She takes a photograph with her soul and zoomed in with perfect resolution. ‘That’s beautiful.’ She says. The Lord takes her into the sea, and she sees an underwater castle. She gets taken into this place and finds a treasure chest; she opens it with her mind. There is gold and silver loaded to the brim. She feels pleasure and wealth and happiness. The chest is beamed into her apartment by the Lord. ‘You have that now,’ The Lord says.
Next, the Lord takes her soul to a temple, where hundreds of people are praying to God, and worshipping God. Kerrie hovers above them, and she can feel the holiness coming from them. The Lord takes her to a street nearby, where children are playing, and she feels their laughter fill her soul. Then she is taken to a giant garden with many people working on the plants. Some of the plants are as high as trees, and they have vegetables and fruits growing on them. Kerrie sees a cat wandering the gardens, and the Lord places her soul in the cat. She begins trotting through the gardens, feeling mischievous; she sees a mouse and chases it, and then she sees a plant that speaks to her and tells her she can eat the plant. Kerrie munches on it, and feels stoned, but not like cannabis. She wanders the gardens for hours until the Lord pulls her soul from the cat, and they carry on. Kerrie ends up in Las Angelas, and she watches the heavy traffic but notices the city doesn’t smell like car fumes; it smells like a forest, and there is life everywhere mixed in with the buildings. The Lord takes Kerrie to a street where she sees a guy on a skateboard with no shirt on. ‘He’s hot.’ She says to the Lord.
A body of Kerrie beams into the space, and her soul enters it. The skater guy walks up to her, ‘Hey, the Lord brought you here.’
‘Yes, she did.’ Kerrie responds, flirting.
He laughs, ‘What do you need?’
‘I need something…impressive.’ They talk a bit more, and then he guides her to a park bench, where they begin to kiss, and before she knows it, she’s making love to him. After they are done, the Lord pulls her out of her body and takes her to Tibet, where it is snowing, and monks are praying and meditating. She feels the powerful energy coming from the monastery. Kerrie goes into the body of a bird and flies near them, and the monks give her blessed food and blessed water.
Kerrie stays there for a time, and then the Lord says, ‘Let me take you somewhere loud.’ She goes back to the United States and finds herself in a simulation of the 1700’s. They are firing cannons and shooting muskets at targets. Kerrie feels the gunpowder blast, the control, the power; it washes through her spirit. ‘Interesting.’ Kerrie says. The Lord takes her soul down closer and places her in a cannonball. They load Kerrie in, and fire her, and she shoots into the air at high speeds, she feels the g’s and rush, and she loves it. The Lord pulls her from the ground and then takes her to a Bowling Allie; the Lord forms a body for her, and she is put inside, then she bowls for hours talking to the Lord.
‘It’s the season of the feminine witch soon.’ Kerrie says.
‘I know, the boys are getting ready to be put under spells.’ The Lord replies.
‘I want to be a green witch, not the facial color green, just the clothing and spell style.’ She says to the Lord.
Lord God takes her to a clothing store, to the perfect dressware, and Kerrie looks at it carefully and decides it’s what she wants. The Lord beams an enchanted dress looking exactly the same into Kerrie’s home, and Kerrie can feel it’s there. ‘Thank you Lord.’ The Lord takes Kerrie to a diner and beams in a body she can sit in and enjoy a good breakfast. Marching down the street outside is a police officer on a horse. She ponders things and waves at the officer. He waves back. ‘I want to see you Lord.’
The Lord takes her to her body’s throne room, where she can see the Lord, a beautiful woman in black. She feels millions of other souls in the room and listens as the Lords body gives decrees. She is fair and, honest, and loving. Kerrie begins worshipping her, and the Lord says, ‘I like that, you do that for as long as you want.’ Kerrie worships for an hour and then is taken to her hometown in Vermont, where her body is waiting in bed; she is beamed back in.
The conversation with the Lord carries on, and Kerrie feeds her cats and smokes a big joint of blueberry weed, which actually tastes like blueberries when you smoke it and it doesn’t have any taste of smoke. ‘Green Day is playing live right now, feel this.’ The Lord says. She bathes Kerry’s soul in the music, but this isn’t Green Day from the Earth; this is so much better, and they have so many more hit songs. Carrie dances, and outside it begins to rain, and she feels the thunder deep inside, a fresh storm. There is a knock at the door, and Carrie answers. It’s the officer who was on a horse earlier.
‘I saw you waving at me and I was like, I really like that girl.’ The officer says.
‘I really like you too!’ She replies.
‘Do you mind if I come in?’ He asked.
‘Of course!’ She invites the officer in, and he puts his hat on a hook near the door.
‘Green Day is playing, awesome.’ The Lord bathes the officer in music from Green Day. Before they know it, they are both on Kerry’s couch making out. Kerrie makes love to him with the music playing through both of them. After they are done, he stays for a while and plays video games with Kerrie. They laugh and joke, and the Lord moves objects around the room to remind them she is there.
‘There is a great dance in Toronto happening. Do you want to go?’ The Lord askes the two of them.
‘Absolutely,’ Kerrie says.
‘Yeah, that would be great.’ The officer says. The Lord pulls them from their bodies and takes them to Toronto; before they know it, they are in a club dancing to music, and they can feel the intensity of it blasting through their souls. They go into the bathroom together and purchase cocaine from a vending machine; they do coke and then make love in the bathroom stalls.
Once the dance is finished, the Lord takes both of them and sends the Officer home and Kerrie back to her place. She dances and hums and begins remembering the entire day. She writes it in her journal and thinks, ‘The Lord is my God.’
